Foreign participants should apply for visas at the Russian Consulate in their countries. Invitation Letters for visa application can be provided by the Local Committee upon request.

Please, keep in mind that it may take a month to prepare an Invitation Letter. The request for the invitation letter can be submitted during the on-line registration procedure. Alternatively, visa support required for visa application can be provided by hotels.

The Organizing Committee will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one.
It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants to raise travel funds.
